![]() ![]() BTW, Chet Atkins recorded a tune called "Davids Dance" written by Odell Martin. It is on his "Me and MY Guitar" Lp. Another great Tele player is Arlen Roth. I saw him playing in "The Harbour Band" at The Main Point in Bryn Mawr, Pa in 1975. He was at a different level of string bending-really amazing. |

![]() I've seen a couple of posts on this thread by a guy running his mouth about somebody else, but Malcolm Kirby is no slouch on a telecaster Himself. I've seen him do some pretty wild and amazing things with a telecaster. He has had more influence on me than anybody whos plays "America's Guitar". To top it off he went and bought one of Peavey's first Guitars and damned if he didn't make it sound like a Telecaster. Mostly unrecognized, He is one of the great ones. ------------------ |

![]() ![]() Kudos to Malcolm Kirby on what a great player he is. He never talks about it, but then again he doesn't have to. Best, Boomer |
