...Ron, back in 1985-86 I owned a place on 5 1/2 acres about a mile outside Delta on Hollow Road, between Graceton Rd and Whiteford Rd...had a creek running right in front of the house, my dog Bonnie loved to play in it..had to cross a footbridge over the creek to get to the house from the driveway..real pretty area there...

"teach wife to play bass keep the steel lol" Yeah, right again. My wife's 5'2". She can't even reach to the 1st fret. And she has no inclination to learn. But being short does have its advantages.
