Diane: Lois and I are thinking of you and will be praying for you and your family. I've known Dale for at least 25 years and I never seen him that he wasn't smiling and "talking" steel guitar. It was always a pleasure to be around him and it was sure a pleasure to hear him play. Dale's smiling face and great steel playing will surely be missed by one and all who knew him. RIP.....Stoney |

Diane please accept my condolences also. You can often judge a man's worth in life by those who mourn him, and their expressions of grief for him. From those I know here and what they have said, I can say Dale was a very rich man. |

Diane, Russ and I are so sorry to hear this news, and we pray for God's "covering" for your family. Dale was a favorite of ours and we've had such a good time jamming with him after hours in St Louis. What a special soul and fine player. We will all miss him. Laney and Russ |

I was just remembering Dale buying a Red Sho-Bud Double 12 string from me in '84, He also replaced me on the Stu Phillips TV show series in Louisville in '72, can't believe I won't see him again, Yes, another great friend gone. bobbe |
