Thanks Walter for the pictures. It is good to see a picture of Weldon Myrick. I used to watch the Opry every Saturday night so I could watch him play. I would imagine he put on a fantastic set. I have never seen him play at a steel show but I sure would love to. Weldon is one of my top favorites among steel players and I understand he is a first class guy as well.

Thanks for sharing the photographs. Due to a broken ankle, I was unable to make St. Louis, and I have learned that the steel can be played without pedals, with the left foot in a cast. Johnny

Is that why Cindy is playing that ole piece of junk with no pedals? I don't see a cast on her leg. Wish I coulda been there...maybe someday.
