He had a great band and recorded an equally great hit song. "Art Gumm and his Rubber Band play Eraseable You!" Gads, how did all this come about from "Paradise Isle" ? How did this all come out of this "thread"?? you ask?? It "came out of my head" in fact if you look ,,,"you can still see the hole"...that Paul Graupp "stirred" the pot,,,,,watch him. He was a big time cat writing articles for Fretts for years and was one of those CBS corporate guys,,,,think he was a VP of some kind.That is when Fender was owned by CBS.
