Has anyone tried these Sicilian Weissenborn copies? I remember seeing some Musikalia bouzoukis and mandolins and they were somewhat crude. They can be seen at www.musikalia.it How about other european manufacturers making Weissenborns?Max |

Though I'm not certain, these Weissenborn repro's look a lot like those that John Pearse was importing a few years ago. I bought one and thought it was the prettiest little guitar I ever owned that nobody could hear! By this I mean that it had no volume at all...a uke would drown it out! |
