Jody,I know that you knew almost everyone at Fender when this D-8 was made. Can you happen to tell me who M.C. was? See pics... Thanks! Mark

What the hell is it with cats! You open a case , turn around for two seconds and there is a cat in it! I suppose it wouldn't happen if I didn't have cats though so I can't help but feel partly responsible. M.C stands for Mr. Cat, I reckon. |

The photo brings back memories of drooling over the Fender catalog as a teenager. If the guitar had a soft furry surface kitty would wanna sit on that too. Just be glad kitty didn't find soft granular material in the guitar case else....[This message was edited by Ray Minich on 03 August 2004 at 03:24 PM.] |

Jody - Thanks for the help on the initials.Yeah, I have no idea why the cats like the steel guitar cases so much. They like my Sho~Bud case also. The second the steel comes out of the case, the cat is right there to jump in! Cheers! Mark ------------------ Sho~Bud Pro I, Fender D-8 (C6&E13) http://www.darkmagneto.com

That would be the best time to close the case! {Just kidding, kinda!} Maybe if he/she got caught a few times, it would not happen anymore!
