He has NOT been taken to court by Pearse, and has changed the description on his website to "Hollownecks - weissenborn style" in compliance with their demands.

I noted that the Gold Tone instruments have "Chrome Kluson style machine heads". Does anyone own the rights to the name "Kluson"? I guess it's okay, though, since they say "Kluson syle".
