Dave-I'll be going down for this one. At this point it looks like my family will be driving with me, my mother-in-law lives about a mile from where the jam is going to be held.

I'm going to bring my Clinesmith dobro for you and everyone else to check out. I understand Todd Clinesmith is coming down with Pat Ickes.

If the family thing doesn't fly for some reason, I'll get ahold of you-provided you still have room in the truck.

It looks like I'll be able to make the jam! The one I attended was a real blast. Looking forward to it, and playing Todd Clinesmith's guitars.

I'll bring my 8-string National Model D with the Hipshot Trilogy tailpiece and my Dekley S-12. Next time I come down with the fifth-wheel maybe I'll bring Garcia's old ZB.

Pete-It'll be great to see you. I was at the Jimmy Heffernan workshop with you in Sacramento last year. That was "pre-Clinesmith," when I had my 1932 Dobro with me. I'll probably bring that with me as well-I'd like to have Todd do some work on it.
Todd e-mailed me-he is bringing one of his double-neck Rickenbackers to play but also a new prototype dobro design with different "insides." I'm hoping I don't fall too in love with it!

Hey Pete, it'll be great to see you at the jam again. I'm really glad that you, and all other attendees, can make it. Looks like this time we'll even have a PC projector (thanks to Pat Ickes and his wife) and a screen to display the chord charts from the BIAB tracks. Wow, we've made it to the 21st century!
