I have played this MSA and it is a great guitar. Before you think David has jumped ship from MSA, he has a new one.....flamed Harley Davidson black version. I have not seen the new one, but I expect to see it in St. Louis. Wish I could afford the red one.

You might have to detach it from David. I think he might throw in the pick seeing he's going to black now.

I feel your pain, I used mine to buy David's Sierra. I can tell you if David has it, it's going to be a fantastic instrument. If I had the money I wouldn't have even posted it, it would be at my house.

Hey Everyone! Just wanted to drop a line about this red MSA. It's a great playing and sounding guitar. I would love to keep it! But I'm only parting with it because I have been given the opportunity to play a 2005 DW Custom MSA. As Billy mentioned, it's a beauty! The pedals are out being powder-coated right now, but it's a sight to see. I'll post pictures of it when I get it put back together, but they won't do it justice! Y'all will have to stop by the MSA booth in St. Louis and see the craftsmanship of this guitar for yourself. Oh, and don't forget to buy that great looking red MSA. I'll even throw in a picture of the big red truck that matches it! :-)

David, I'll be around to see and hear you play at St Louis..... but for recognition, will you be wearing the black cowboy hat that you wore in Dallas?

(by the way....I am now driving a 2004 Arizona Biege, Harley-Davidson 150!)

Just curious, in the interest of history. Will this be the first used one, offered for sale?

Pee Wee Whitewing has been listing his for sale, every month for the last several months, on Carter's Swap Shop: http://www.steelguitar.com/swapshop/swapshop.htm

I believe Danny Naccarato sold his U-12 a while back as well.

Not sure why Pee Wee is selling his....
but Danny Naccarato sold his because he was in a car accident....had to purchase a new vehicle.
I heard he would be getting another MSA soon.

One really cool thing about all of David's guitars is the dual vertical levers. It's hard to do mechanically, but it's a really neat idea. When your foot is over the inside pedals, you have a different LKV!
