To add monospaced text within your message, surround your TAB or chart with UBB Code as shown in the following example (UBB Code is in red).
[tab]
1 __________________________________________
2 __________________________________________
3 __________________________________________
4 _______________________________12_________
5 _______________12_____12--12A__12A---_____
6 _12B_______12B____12B______________12B____
7 ________12________________________________
8 _____12___________________________________
9 __________________________________________
10__________________________________________
[/tab]
In the example above, the UBB [tab] and [/tab] codes convert the text between them to a monspaced font. They also keep multiple spaces from collapsing into a single space. Note that I added the UBB [tab] code specifically for users of The Steel Guitar Forum - it won't work on other UBB systems.

If you are posting multiple staves of tab, separate them with a blank line containing a space. Sometimes if you don't add a space on the blank line, the blank line will be ignored. I don't really know why.

Users of Microsoft Windows can to compose their TAB using Windows built-in Notepad program. Notepad uses a monospaced font. After composing the TAB in Notepad, use the Edit/Select All and Edit/Copy commands to copy the TAB to the invisible clipboard. Then switch to your web browser, click where you want the TAB in the text entry box, and use the Edit/Paste command. Note that you still will have to use the UBB [tab] and [/tab] codes around the TAB for it to work correctly.
