HOME DEPOT sells these rubber "O" rings. I forgot the price I had paid but here's some information you'll need, try LOWES Hardware stores, I believe they carry them also.

DISTRIBUTED BY:

DANCO COMPANY - Concordville, PA 199331.

#5 "O" ring
Stk# 35722B
Size 3/8 X 1/4 X 1/16
(made in Taiwan)
They are sealed in a plastic red & white bag.

At first when I had to replace these o-rings on my EMCI I thought it was crazy to use rubber o-ring to hold a the pullrod to the bellcrank. After replacing about 2 of these guys I indeed changed my mind, to me they work great and can be replaced fast & easy. I only wish my Emmons P/P had rubber o-rings instead of the "C" clips which IMO stinks. They fly all over the place etc., and I usually go through 2-3 before I get the clip to stay on. Ever try to replace a "C"clip on a Emmons P/P during s gig inside on semi-dark stage.

This is exactly the information I,ve been seeking. Altho we don,t have a Home Depot here that I know of, I will find them somewhere. My MCI is a Universal 12 and is in perfect condition, never been used, time has took it's toll on the rings. Only 2 are left.
Thanks.

My Franklin uses small o rings between the nylon tuning nut and the changer lower finger for the hysterisis compensators. I replaced them about 2 years ago and found them at a local Ace hardware store. They were in the small drawers most have for small specialty hardware items. They were relatively expensive at .55 cents each.

Jack,

That's exactly the information I need. I don't suppose you would remember the size would you? I need about a half-dozen of those.

Tony, I don't remember the size. I removed one from one rod and took it with me so I could match up the size.
