Chloe can be played very easily in a C6 (CEGACE) tuning in the key of C. It's been a while since I've listened to the Ry Cooder recording so I can't say for certain what key Gabby did it in.It's a typical II-V-I jazz progression so in the key of C your first chord would be Dm7 followed by G7 to C. The Dm7 falls naturally on the 5th fret of the C6 tuning. Atta Isaac's slack key solo the second time through the tune is amazing. ------------------ Gerald Ross 'Northwest Ann Arbor, Michigan's King Of The Hawaiian Steel Guitar' Gerald's Fingerstyle Guitar Website
