Thats form the 1937 short ... Hawaiian Holiday ... I have the video ... and a "Cartoon Cell" ... I believe it's Sol Hoopii tearin' it up on electric steel as Mickey plays with his "bar-finger" ... crazy triplet runs and amazing single string activities ... A must have if you have kids ...
