These very low priced amps are getting great reviews as acoustic guitar amps. Even jazz players like John Pizarelli are using them.

I've never tried nor heard them. What do you guys think, could this be used as both a guitar and non-pedal amp?

It's gotten great reviews on the Harmony Central web site as well. I think it might be okay for lap steel if you're looking for a transparent sound. I don't know how well an eight inch speaker will do under any "live" situations, though.
