Is this an American guitar, and does anyone know a link or have a picture of this 6 string lapsteel?

I've never heard of a "Wizard" brand lap steel from anywhere.

They were most likely made here.

I think they used to be sold at Western Auto Stores. I know they made great Lawn Mowers. NR

What was the Lap Steel that Sears and Robucks use to sell.Also were these all chrome??

I had a Wizard outboard motor from Western Auto, and if the steel has the same quality, it"s a piece of junk.
