Dear all,

I just wanted to see what you all think of the first album by my band Frock:
http://cdbaby.com/cd/frock

It was recorded before I discovered the joys of steel guitar, but I would appreciate any feedback all the same.

We will record a new Frock album in January (which will be quite different - less acoustic, more a "band" thing - and with lap steel on it of course ).

Have a nice day everyone!

Fred

Fred, this is just simply grand! I listened to each sound clip you have on your site and all were fantastic. Frozen Jungle was my favorite....what great lyrics.

Your band's sound kinda took me back to some of the music I listened to in the late 60's and early 70's. That's meant as a compliment, so please take it as such. The harmony you carry in each and every song is superb and smooth.

I very much enjoyed the lead-ins to each song....your drummer is especially adept! You should see the lead-in for Frozen Jungle when it's played on Windows Media Player using the Bars and Waves.....I played it 3 times just to "listen and see" that over again. Great stuff!

Congratulations on a winning CD, and best of luck with your future endeavors. Your group should be very proud of this work. Again, absolutely superb all the way around.

Joy
