Hi Mike, The book will be sent out to Aloha Dream subscribers with the current issue (Just about to put to bed)
SO ..that's the ONLY plan at the moment..
Subscription to the mag would ensure a copy of the directory..
As for what the mag is like :- see this November 2004
February 2005

A4 FULL colour 30 pages quarterly magazine for lovers of Hawaiian Music and culture. $35 per year including postage.
