It's self explanatory..

BTW I think it's meant for just EMI artists that are nearly 'Over the Hill' judging by some of the signatories !!
And the fact that it was sent to me compounds that premise..

Looks like Wadworth's signature incorporates the Nike 'swish'. Hope he is paying royalties to Nike.
