For Hawaiian style .....

Tone = 10 O'Clock
Efx = Off
Delay/Reverb = 3 O'Clock
COSM = JC Clean
Gain = 2 O'Clock
Volume = Max..

Guitar volume = backed off a little..25%
(Leaving the little extra for the "Pinkie" Swells)
