Joe, first you have to have a place on the internet to upload the pictures to.....then you have to copy and paste them to your text... or copy and paste a link to your picture host. Here is the picture host that I am using right now. There are many others that can be used like this one. http://www.savepic.com/freepicturehosting/first.login.php

The SGF does not provide photo storage or hosting. As Roger stated you must find a place to upload your files, then either provide a link to the files, or use our "img" tag-set to embed that image into your Post/Reply. Here is the applicable code from the SGF UBB Code help page:

To add a graphic within your message, just encase the URL of the graphic image as shown in the following example (UBBCode™ is in red).

[ IMG ]
http://www.infopop.com/artwork/footer_logotype.gif[ /IMG ]
(remove the spaces inside the brackets to to embed an image)

In the example above, the UBBCode™ automatically makes the graphic visible in your message. Note: the "http://" part of the URL is REQUIRED for the [img] code.

Here is the above-referenced image as displayed when I remove the spaces inside the opening and closing [IMG] brackets:
