We've had many members that have had many medical problems. Please take the time to look over this site: Water Cure and read this interview: Water Cure Doctor Interview

I had an elbow problem, (very similar to tennis elbow.) It felt like my elbow was in a vice and it was being slowly cranked tighter and tighter. It was extremely painful. The condition was aggravated by playing. (Go figure...) I was seriously considering quiting all together. I had three different kinds of physical therapy, a cordisone shot, chiropractic treatments and a host of different anti-inflamatory pills. Nothing helped. It just seemed to continually get worse. I heard about this "cure" listening to Art Bell on the way home from a gig. The doctor said that most medical problems we have are because the body is in a state of "drought". 75% of the human body is made up of water and the brain is 85% water. It said to take your body weight and divide it by two. That is the amount of water in ounces you should be drinking every day. And for every quart of water you drink you should have a quarter teaspoon of sea salt. It also said to eliminate caffeine and liquor, as it dehydrates the body. I had tried so many different things, I thought, what the heck... give it a try. (Couldn't hoit.)
I heard about it on Tue. and on Wed. I started drinking the water and eating the salt on my food. On Thu. night coming home from the gig, I suddenly realized that my elbow hadn't hurt at all that night. I couldn't believe it! I now drink so much water you'd think I'd be floating, but my elbow only hurts occasionally when I over-do it. Water and a little salt!! That's all. No pills or therapy!

At least take the time to see all of the different diseases and medical conditions that have been helped by doing this. The site has testimonials from a lot of people. Including one that "cured" her MS.
This all may sound like a commercial, but it's not meant to be. I just think that you owe it to yourself and your families to see for yourself. It's truly amazing!

Ernie

Souns like it's worth a try. We don't drink enough water anyway, and this treatment is free!

Thanks Ernie-
I have figured out the same thing over the years. If something starts getting wierd, the first thing I do is DRINK MORE WATER. It really helps. I didn't know that someone had formalized this advice.
Wishing you continued good health- Sage

Jim; I know. Free. You'd think everybody would give it a try.

Sage; Thanks for the well wishes! Same to you, my friend!
