Jack Thomson is a wonderful treasure who played with Wynn Stewart 1969-1970. He has been painstakingly rebuilding a ZB guitar for me (generously...at a musician's price.)

The horrible surgery he's just endured to try and cut away the throat/mouth/jaw/vascular cancer which afflicts him has left him unable to speak at this time. Such pain for such a nice man.

Do you think music might be a comfort for him now? My idea is to buy a CD from b0b and have it sent to Jack. Maybe some of you artists would be inclined to share some of your recordings with him.

Jack's mother provided this address (along with the correct spelling of their name--no "p"):

Jack Thomson
c/o Mrs. Minnie Thomson
205 Bob White
DeSoto TX 75115

You guys who have been thoughtful enough to add Jack to your prayer lists might drop him a card or note letting him know. I'm sure he'd be happy to learn he is in our thoughts.

Thank you,

Jeff

Jerry Fessenden--

Thanks for the inquiry about Jack. The together.net server is rejecting my reply as "SPAM". Please advise.

Thanks,

Jeff
