I'm working on one right now! I even am going to get the assistance of my old pal Jerry Fessenden to "get the guitar right" so you all have it... Here is the steel - Now I'll add the "Smiley Head, arms, animation, etc." and then I'll post it

I made mine with GIF animation software. It is basically a .gif file with added frames showing the movement. Basically, it's easy!
