I've just heard from one of Rusty Young's official spokesmen that POCO has come out with their 1st album in 13 years:

NEW ALBUM by POCO! "Running Horse"

for sale on the NEW Official Poco Web Site: www.poconut.com

  • Hear Rusty play his Carter on these 5 songs:
    • "Never Get Enough"
    • "If You Can't Stand To Lose"
    • "Shake It"
    • "That's What Love Is All About"
    • "Running Horse"

Congratulations to Rusty and POCO!

Sounds like fun.

The band is recording a Live cd in Nashville on April 11 at 12th & Porter, including Richie Furay. I'm going to make the show, then staying on the next week to work on a new solo record with Richie (which I'm sure Rusty will play on). Should be a fun week...

John, That is great, it's nice to see that Richie will play with them again. He seems like a real great guy. Good luck and have fun with the sessions!

Richie told me today that the show has been canceled/postponed?? Still recording with Richie, though.

Rusty posted on website that 4-11/12 show is happening, recording isn't (understandable- 12th & Porter is an odd (imo) venue to record in)

The show is still on, though Richie will not be doing it. Still recording the next week, though.
