Hermann Lammersmeyer(germany) is one of the TOP-promotors when it comes to the steelguitar, Buddy Emmons(and in the past also Jimmy Day did play on his records[also together]) he did almoste 10 LP/Cd,s in 15 years with the Big E and most of the Nashville/Texas session giants,,,,,,,,,,He is also a singer/steelguitarist/has his RADIOprogram. and did promote a lot of usa C&W artists http://www.english.hermannlammersmeyer.de/ and buy his CD,s with fantastic steel all Big E(some with Jimmy Day together) Thanks HERMANN [This message was edited by Jelle Biel on 29 March 2004 at 11:48 AM.] |

Yes Jelle, many great CD's by Hermann. I just got "The Good Old Days" and that is a fine CD and everyone did an awesome job on it. I am proud to own that one. I am also a Pete Wade fan and so to have him and Buddy together on anything is great! Then with the addition of the great Buddy Spicher, Jimmy Capps, and others, this one is a real jewel!
