A rendition of "White Christmas" (mp3 4MB)performed by Last Train Home recorded live on the air for XM Sattelite radio in Dec 2002

Bill Williams on the vocal & elec guitar, with solos by Kevin Cordt on the trumpet & Yours truly on the pedal steel; Jim Gray on Bass, Marty Lynds on Drums and Eric Brace on acoustic rhythm guitar,(edit) oh yeah, and Scott McKnight on second electric guitar.

Dave,
Most excellent arrangement, my friend. Fun and bubbly, like a Christmas song (and a good beer) should be.

Sound like a fun band to be associated with.

Have great holidays

Very nice, DVA! You know those harmonics will ring out clearer if you were using an Emmons push-pull! (wink)

Merry Christmas!

Merry Christmas to you as well

to be honest the harmonics would've ring out longer if I had just hit them cleanly
They are the weakest link in my "steeling basics" technical skills. I really need to sit and practice just harmonics & double stop chimes for a good long while.
But once in a while I hit one that gives me goose bumps!

HA!
