Just a line to say "hey" to y'all. Currently in process of building a pedal single w/arm rest. Would like to know if any "area" steelers would be intrested in starting a club in/around our state? Bob Belcher, POB 1116, Newcastle, OK. 73165

Greetings Bob.

I have wondered the same thing.

I am in the Bethany area and it is a looong drive to Owasso and even longer to Abilene.

There seems to be a few pickers in this state but from what i've seen in other forums there is no Oklahoma Pedal Steel Chapter or organization around OKC area. Comming back from St.Louis where steel pickins is good back home to OK and it seems nobody is playin, or admitting to it anyway...maybe we can put some feelers out and force em out into the open?
