Ready for Christmas: "Nightmare on Emmons Steel"

Like so many others I enjoy listening to albums done by the great Pedal Steel players. I do, however, believe that there are far more players out here who, like me, sit at home and play purely for their own enjoyment and love for the instrument.

I am in South Africa and over here the instrument is mostly unknown.
Whenever I am not recording other artists I pull the Emmons closer and try my hand at a song or two. (There are 17 songs in total.)

Click here should you wish to add this album to your collection, or just to check out the sample MP3 files.

Best wishes,Nic

Hi guys,
Nic has made new MP3 examples for all 17 songs! Give it a listen and buy yourself a great Christmas present. Or buy the CD for a friend.

All MP3 samples are here.

Hey Nic, just listened to the sound bites and you did a fantastic job on this and the other Cds you were involved in. Man that Eagles band would be my ultimate gruop to work with! Guys you gotta check out everything on his site, great stuff. Damn if I could find drummers and bass players like that here, I might start playing out again.I would like to get All the tracks from your new album and you might consider making them avail with the CD cause there are alot of us that dont or cant use tab and I know alot of players that offer the tracks almost automatically sell a R/T Cd along with the main one. I also listened to the other recordings you were involved in and they're as good if not better than alot of "PRO" work I've heard. Let me know about the tracks so I can get an order in, Thanks Skip
