![]() Doug, Are these tunes the same as your other tab books? |

![]() James, There are 15 songs here that I have never published before. 45 songs appeared in my earlier tabs from a few years ago (but different arrangements). These are new versions of those 45 tunes, easier to play, and easier to read. The older verions included knee lever changes like F# to G on string 1, and the whole tone lower on string 2 (D# to C#), and a lot of "strumming" technique with the thumb that was confusing to some people. These new versions require only 3 knee levers (the 3 most common E9 levers), and these versions are smoother, and easier to play IMHO. My goal was to keep the arrangements basic enough that most players can play them comfortably, and to make them full enough that the chords and melodies are clearly present. A few of these songs I published earlier in C6 tuning, and here they are in E9. These tabs were done using TablEdit which produces very professional looking tab/notes. My older stuff was hand written. Thanks for asking ------------------ [This message was edited by Doug Beaumier on 28 September 2006 at 07:27 PM.] |
