My good friend Jerry Brightman has launched his new website, www.slidestation.com. Jerry's contribution to the world of Steel Guitar is indeed rich and his website documents the various stages of his career. I'm happy to say that Jerry is "back" and playing better then ever! Jerry will be playing many of the shows throught the U.S. over the next year. Don't miss the opportunity to catch his show, you won't be dissappointed.

Frank;
You told that just right!!!
Jerry is back as you say, and he is already having to turn down some events as he is being booked at a very peppy rate.
Not only is he a great, and I mean great player, he is also, one of the nicest human beings anyone would ever want to meet.
How can you beat that combination.
Thanks, Frank, for posting his link as we need everyone to check out this
"Buckaroo" Buck Owens was fortunate to have him. Evelyn

Jerry , so good to meet you ( E-Mail). I watched you all those yrs on Hee Haw , and just couldn't get enough of the unique Red , White & Blue Emmons steel.

Jerry told me he sure wishes he had that "Hee Haw" steel back , so if anyone out there has a clue where to start looking , please let Jerry know. Skip

If there was ever anyone we could call a Prince in this industry, Jerry Brightman would indeed be the one to wear that Crown.

A finer man on this earth I have yet to meet, and talent beyond imagination.

Everything everyone has said about Jerry is TRUE! I was fortunate enough to play a jam session at the Grand Rapids show with him and I can tell you he's a world-class talent.

Great website, Jerry!

Jerry - How much did Steven Spielberg charge you for your opening page??? I think it's better than a lot of movie trailers! Good luck on your new adventure.

I was fortunate to see and hear him at the PSGA last November. As a player, a personality, and a gentleman, his last name describes him best.

Jerry recently sent me a tune for the Steel Guitar Unknown Heroes radio show on the Internet. It is a 1 take track of Rocky Top that he did, and let me just say this..if he slowed it down it would still be considered too fast ! You can hear it on the Internet radio show at www.LIVE365.com search Steel Guitar. Thanks again Jerry for sending it.

Ok, Jerry jumped in on my act at Russ & Laney Hicks a few weeks ago.

Just look who's sweating!!!

I bet you thought I was outdoing Jerry in the speed picking, wrong, it must have been 120 degrees in the shade. Jerry just persprires easilly.

Thanks to everybody who's either gone to the site or emailed me...It's really humbling to
know that so many of you care...I guess it's
what's driving me forward....

I'll be adding some cuts very soon along with some other news.

Thanks again to all my new friends, and "Bill" once again, how much for that negative
