Mark the date. The El Arco Iris restaurant in Highland Park has agreed to let us use their banquet room. I'll provide more details as the time approaches. |

For various reasons, I really haven't touched my steel since January. I might try to get back in shape a little by then, or if nothing else just show up to soak in the proceedings. By the way, do you need any other instruments to show up? |

And, according to the headline in today's paper, Los Angeles has had 16 homicides in the past 6 days, so we lead the nation, hooray for us. |

I'll probably come down if I don't have to work. Most likely just to listen. If I was to play, that homicide rate would climb drastically. Heck, I would kill more than 16 in one sitting  ------------------ |

I ate at the restaurant last night and comfirmed the date with the owner. It's a long way off, but this is definately going to happen. I hope to see as many of you there as possible. |
