This is probably for Dave Van Allen...myself and some other steelers in this area are probably going to the Steelin' for Hearts show this year and were wanting to know if a date had been set for it yet? I have to plan my work schedule a bit in advance so the sooner it could be posted the better it'd be for me and some others. I appreciate any info anyone might have. Thanks, JH

April 27 2003
The Birchmere, Alexandria VA

Will get details on who's playing...

It's in the PSGA newsletter this month but the website has yet to be updated from last year's jam

The Birchmere is an intimate setting for your musical enjoyment and offers no bad seats in the house. This free standing building is simply a place to hear your favorite group without any distractions. They also have rules to in-force the ultimate experience to view, and listen to whatever marinates your ear drums. This isn't a night club with loud chatter nor a hotel as you inquired. Their menu is not fully blown and the beverage selection is Bb. The acoustics couldn't be any better and the house lights will provide easy access to your favorite steel player who might be selling CDs, etc.
