Many of you have waited a long time for Jerry’s Bio to be published. It is right around the corner. It is at the printers and will be returned to the publisher mid April. Here is the information you will need to procure it.

Title: It Was A Trip On Wing Of Music
Size: 6" X 9" and 144 pages
ISBN 1-57424-131-1

Availability: End of April

Centerstream Publishing
P.O. Box 17878
Anaheim Hills, CA 92807
Cost: $24.95
Shipping: Within USA $4.00 Priority Mail. $2.00 Surface. Overseas: Double the cost for Air Mail. No surface shipping overseas, it takes too long.

Centerstream’s distributor in the islands is Booklines Hawaii and they will also carry and sell the book. Their address is:

Booklines Hawaii
269 Pali`i Street
Mililani, HI 96789

It will also be sold by various others like Scottys Music, Mele.com. Contact them for details after the end of April. By then they should have copies in stock to sell. It can also be obtained from your local bookstores such as Borders, Barnes and Noble, etc. Use title, ISBN and publisher when contacting them. They most likely will not carry it in stock but can special order it for you.

Jerry is not selling this book so do not contact him or send money to him to buy the book.

I have also received questions concerning how you can obtain Jerry’s autograph on the book. This is the procedure Jerry would like for you to follow. After you obtain the book you can send the book to him with a padded enveloped of the same size you mailed the book to him included with return postage on the envelope. He will personalize the book and return it to you by return mail. Don’t forget to include the postage.

His address is:

Jerry Byrd
P.O. Box 15026
Honolulu, HI 96830

Jack, this is very good news. I will send my copy to Jerry, but first I'll have to read it a couple of times!
