June 27th at the same place - - jackman Eagles club, TOledo, OH. Starts at noon, I think. |

I will be at Jess Hurt's show in Toledo also. Jess is a good buddy of mine and always does a great job promoting a show. This is a Hall Of Fame fund raising show, so if you are in driving distance be sure to come by. Jess has a good lineup of players this year, so I don't think you will be disappointed. Jim, Jess Hurt's Steel Guitar Showcase is Sunday June 27th from 12:30 untill 6:00 at the Fraternal Order Of Eagles at 5050 Jackman Road in Toledo Ohio. You can call Jess @734-847-8621 The lineup includes: Leonard T. Zinn Gary Seeger Don Curtis DeWitt Scott Billy Robinson Lynn Owsley Bobbe Seymour Herby Wallace Ron Elliot Joe Wright I think Scotty and I'll will be doing our Duet Set which seems to be real popular seeing the 6 String Frypan and the D-10 GFI Ultra played in the same songs. Plus they have some food & snacks and the turnout is usually good, lots of Fans plus Ron Snyder and and Tony has a big Steel Player Photo Display which is way cool! I think this is about my 7th year in a row! |

This is a really fun show, and Jess's hospitality is second to none. If you haven't attended this show yet, then be sure to include it in your plans for this year. Lot's of fun, and great talent. |
