The CDs are in and the cover is being finished up. Total package should be ready Friday June 18, so shipping should be starting on Monday the 21st.

This is one of the best CDs I've heard. Everything about it is done with class. Song selection, arrangements, performance, and quality of recording.

Billy Williams is to be commended for his work on guitar as well as his engineering of this project. This is the best partnership I've heard of a guitar along with a steel. Each one compliments each other rather than being in competition.

We will have a link soon so you can see the cover and tray card.
CDs will be available through Fran at Jeffran Music. 615-237-9422 I'm sure you can pre-order yours now. It will only be a few days until they are shipped. I expect a big response for these!

The songs are:
1. Dance With Me
2. When I Dream
3. Who's Sorry Now
4. The Very Thought of You
5. Canadian Sunset
6. True Love Ways
7. Pretty Woman
8. If I Had You
9. Here's That Rainy Day
10. I Don't Believe I'll Fall In Love Today
11. Sweet Dreams
12. Old Dogs & Children & Watermelon Wine
13. I Love You So Much It Hurts Me

Hello Clive.

At this time no tracks will be available. As to in the future? Maybe. Fran is just taking it one step at a time.

If tracks become available, I want them as well!

Hi Randy
I gotta get the CD, In Pheonix, Jeff Played "I love You So Much" one evening during the seminar. It moved me so, I asked him to play it each afternoon and of course, it just got better each time. Do I need to call Fran or can I email order?
Thanks

Hello Bill.

It would be better to call than e-mail. They have a toll free number to place orders, 1-800-373-3418. The office number is for information, 1-615-237-9422. Someone is always there to answer the phone during office hours.

Pass on to Fran that we would be happy to sell some of Jeffs CD's at our August Show and Future events.

Buddy and I discussed this in April. We want to Show our appreciation for the times that Jeff performed at Saluda.

Have her contact Buddy, if she would like for us to do this.

John

Hey Randy, I spoke with Fran this morning, and mine will soon be on its way. She told me how wonderful you and Paul Jr. have been.
I also would like to say how much I have enjoyed your awesome CD, which you did on a instrument of ten strings. psalm 33:2

It's been only three months and it's still
difficult for me and Jan to fathom. Having known Jeff for a long while as a student and "fan" and then later as my father-in-law(he tried to talk my wife out of it "steel players are strange you know"(she knows and has known!).I'd just like to say that the CD is wonderful and truly captures all the things that he was. Once again he leaves us with inspiration....and a smile. Sincerely,Rick K.

This is a wonderful CD. I just recieved mine and was playing it last night. My wife normally does not like steel CD's. She said what are you playing, it really sounded good. Everyone should have this CD. I agree that this is Jeff's best recording ever.

i just got through listening to mine; its everything I thought it would be. What a loss to the steel guitar world! And what a loss of a wonderful and talented individual who without a doubt did more to advance and promote the steel guitar to the many enthusiasts. His CD just reinforces what a wonderful talent he was. On a positive note, look at what he left for us on this CD and all the courses that will live on for years and years. Jeff is a tough act to follow.

I just got Jeff's new CD yesterday. I think it is one of the best steel CDs I have ever heard. Jeff's playing is beautiful and the Billy Williams's playing and arrangements are very rich. Great listening music, my wife, who does not really like steel, even commented on how nice the CD is. Maybe it's just MY steel playing she doesn't like?!

I just listened to the CD in it's entirity and it is truly impressive...I love the way these two musicians played off of and to each other on these songs...and what a wonderful choice of songs...Jeff did a great 'lick' on Dance W.M. that I'm afraid I must add to my repertoire of stolen material...come to think of it, that takes in most of my repertoire....the tracks sound so full and tastefully done; it's just verrrrrry good listening....anyone who ever entertained the idea that Jeff Newman was more of a teacher than player only has to listen to this work to have that notion forever removed.
