After years of fretful chaos, I finally bought a CD tower thingamabob and started organizing my collection. I was alarmed (if not shocked) to find that I had TWENTY-TWO steel guitar CD's, most if not all purchased here. 22 X $16 = a whole lot, and am I a better person for it? I sure hope so... think of the Beanie Babies I could have had instead! |

David, you should feel good. You're helping Bobby, and a lot of otherwise "nameless" players, as well. I have more than that, and I too have purchased many CD's from Bobby. It just makes sense to help the people that are helping us, doesn't it? True, times aren't what they used to be, and we no longer have the Troubadors, the Po' Boys, the Buckaroos, and the Strangers, or any of those great bands of the past around now to inspire us. (We do have their records, though.) And somehow...what is going on right here on the FORUM helps make up for that loss. You're invited over to my house to listen to my collection sometime, as well. |

A lot of members never notice the "Steel CDs" link at the top of the page. There are a lot of titles behind that link, and every purchase helps to keep the Forum going. Thanks for your continuing support, David!------------------
