In response to some e-mails, here's some more non-pedal tab in B11th tuning. You get even more out of it with an 8-string guitar but it works just fine with 6 strings.
I first heard "Blue Wind" on the Razor & Tie CD "amazing Steel Guitar: The Buddy Emmons Collection". Buddy's feel and tone on this unusual & haunting tune is incomparable. He probably played it on an 8-string with pedals but it arranges very well in non-pedal B11th. Go out and buy the CD today - it's fantastic. You can listen to the first 30 secs. of Blue Wind here: http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/B000002ZB9/qid=1042821370/sr=1-6/ref=sr_1_6/102-6606351-1273756?v=glance&s=music

Andy,
Thanks for the tab. I'm going to retune one of my necks to B11th to try it out soon.
