I've been trying to learn some twin guitar parts ( steel and guitar ) for my band. I'm not really having that much success. My brother (the guitar player) and I have been trying to figure out the jazzy twin intro on Tubb's "Walking the Floor Over You" (I don't know how many different times he recorded it). Any help would be great, be it tab, advice, or other ideas. Thanks

Basically, one of you plays the melody and one of you plays a 3rd above it - parallel to the melody. That would be a good start. gs

Hey your more than welcome guys....now if you can get your guitar player to play the other part just under yours....than we're on to something...ha. If he wants me to tab his part; I will.....but it will be in musical notation and it will cost him alot of money...ha Have fun guys. Ricky |

Lucky for me, my guitar player is my little brother...and he'll play just how we work it out. [This message was edited by Joe Kaufman on 15 January 2003 at 12:05 AM.] |
