I have been told that in one of my old Steel Guitar Cassette Club Newsletters, that the tab for "Danny Boy" is provided as Curly Chalker played it on one of his albums. I can't remember. So, if anyone has copies of those Newsletters could you advise me if this is true (by E-mail)? I have a friend who wants this tab. I can't find any copies of those Newsletters. I believe there were only 4 editions of them. ...Tom |

In case you haven't seen/heard it yet, Rebel,Ricky, and Jeff's site has Curly's break in Charlie McCoy's version of "Danny Boy" tabbed by Jeff Lampert here: http://users.interlinks.net/rebel/steel/1972.html |

In Winnie Winston and Bill Keith's 'Pedal Steel Guitar' there are 3 more versions; 2 for E9 and 1 for C6. They are tabbed under the title 'Londonderry Air'. |

Paul:I was just thinking the same thing. I was about to ask Tom. I have Part II but am missing part I and have not posted tab before on this forum. If no one else is going to, I may give it a try, but I need to ask Tom if someone is working on it first. |
