Emmons Legrande. 8 & 6. Derby Black mica. It’s an 84 model. Emmons pedal set-up + many extras .I’ll have to list the pedal set-up in another post.I’ve owned this guitar since 1997. If you know me at all? That speaks volumes. I owned maybe 30 guitars since 97.Most were Emmons. But I’ve owned every major brand except the new MSA .This is the one all others were compared to Sound wise. It’s amazing, if the Emmons sound is your thing. Great sustain from top to bottom. The fit and finish are even better than my LIII. I was so impressed with this guitar that I had the Lower return compensator package,my large E9 set-up, and the vertical knee modified so it will adjust down to touch the top your leg if you wish. IT folds over backwards for transport. All the mods where done by Charles Reece. Charles is the man that rebuilt the 64 Emmons for John Fabian of Carter guitars. Yes he’s that good. This guitar is one of 3 of my hand picked personal guitars.I seldom play anymore. I hate to see a great ax go to waste. If someone can give it a good home? Fine. If not? It doesn’t eat much. Here's a few pictures.I never even polished this guitar.Only wiped the dust off. It's just this nice. The green tint you on the chrome and mica is the reflction of some large pine trees. The pictures are dated wrong because I don't know how to reset it on the camera. Please note this guitar comes with a custom built case for a short keyed Emmons. This is 2 piece case. Built by Cush.

Let me say that even if BB will not cut down the pine trees that give off the greeeen glow and he can't change the date on his camera , he is a good guy to do bidness with. I bought a steel from him and it was as he said in every respect , real good condition. Good luck Bb,

I might add that these short keyed Emmons do not have the string breakage and hysteresis problems that plague the longer headed guitars. Good looking, and smart buying on this one! |
