Ok. Here's an updated list of what's available in my steel shop at the moment. List only has used guitars listed. All new ones are sold. These will go to first player with funds. (1) 85' Emmons Lagrande, black mica, 8 & 5, emmons set up. Also includes a heavy duty flight case. Guitar itself is 2300.00. There's two clip on Emmons volume pedals that can go with it for an additional 150.00. Add 50.00 for shipping and insurance for a total of 2500.00. (2)04' model Fessenden, blue mica, 8 & 8. This one is coming in on a trade. Emmons set up. This was a Grand Ole Opry players guitar when it was new. Price is 3000.00. Shipping included with this one in the price. (3) GFI S-10D, red mica, 3 & 4, emmons set up, GFI II p/u. Very clean little guitar. Price lowered to 1550.00. Shipping is included in price also. (4) 95' Carter D-10, 9 & 5, black/ebony mica, George L p/u's, emmons set up. I'm selling this guitar at a reduced price of 1300.00. The LKR knee lever needs to be reconnected and that's the only problem with it. Everything else is fine. Add 50.00 to cover shipping and insurance for a total of 1350.00. (5) Sho-Bud Pro III, 8 & 4, walnut lacquer, 70's model. This one is coming in on a trade shortly. Price will be 1650.00 and shipping is included in price. I'll adding guitars as they come in each week. Thanks. I accept PayPal, money orders and cashier's checks. |

The blue Fessy is in my steel shop now. 8 & 8, color is actually blue birdseye mica ( looks the same as the blue BE mica on the Carters). Very pretty guitar. TT p/u's with Emmons fretboards. Pics will be available shortly in a few hours. Price is 2800.00 instead of the 3000.00 I started with. I accept PayPal, money orders and cashier's checks. First player with the funds gets it. Trade ins are ok on the Fessy. Just send pics and we'll go from there. Thanks. |

Thanks Pete, glad your enjoying the new RAINS. It's a beauty! And yes, the blue Fessy won't be around to long. It's a beautiful guitar, especially with the blue birdseye mica and the emmons fretboards. I imagine when people find out who the first owner was, it'll probably be in some players bedroom after that. Thanks again! |

Hey Billy, Looks like your staying busy,I would almost say the Blue Fessy use to be T.W's guitar. Anyway I'm still liking the E9th /B6th tuning, its great.Wish I had gone that direction years ago. Thanks Again [This message was edited by Steve Dodson on 18 August 2006 at 10:22 PM.] |

Hey Steve, glad you're still playing the Carter S-12U. That's a fine guitar by Bud Carter. T.W. is correct on the blue Fessy and it is a great guitar. Thanks. |

95' Carter is sold. Pending payment. Here's a deal for all GFI fans that'll be in my steel shop within a few weeks. Former Nashville steeler Hank Corwin has joined the RAINS family. He'll be picking up a beautiful blue parisian maple mica S-10D Rains shortly at my shop. His current guitar, a new GFI S-10D, 3 & 4, blue mica w/gold trim will be available to the first buyer for 2000.00. The GFI is set up with Hank's set up so a lot of C6th can be played on the E9th neck as well. Very interesting! |
