![]() Hi Larry,Crystal replaced Blake Emmons as co-host on the Country Place. Blake was from Canada. The band members were me, Hank Corwin, Bob Woods, Corky Tittle, and Jim Pierce. The Sound 70 Singers were the vocal back up. Dotty Deleon is the only name I recall from the singers. I replaced Ray Wix when I got hired in June of 1970. I left Skeeter Davis for the gig. Seems like the TV show was cancelled in late 1971 early 1972 but reruns went much longer than that. Crystal worked a lot of dates with us but she didn't travel with us. Yeah,that kazoo really sucked! er' blew!?? Thanks for asking. ![]() |
