Elvis, Johnny Russell, Charlie Pride, BB King, Conway Twitty, Mundell Lowe, Barry Bays, please add to the list.

Billy Henderson Member From: Portland, AR, USA	posted 18 September 2004 08:47 AM profile Can't remember names, maybe all ready mentioned but the guy who is/was the National Thumb Picking Champion, saw him at the Magee Jam earlier this year. I know he is in the Mississippi Musician's Hall Of Fame. And the guy who was with Arty Shaw and also wrote theme songs for Clint Eastwood movies. Very good musician. Vick Member From: Moss Point, Ms., USA	posted 03 October 2004 06:51 PM profile Billy, as of a couple years ago, Paul Ott was still performing for functions and conventions, etc. I saw him a few years ago at the Southern Environmental Conference in Biloxi, Ms. and he was still a great one man show. I believe he is associated with Mississippi Chemical Corp. He had a very patriotic song at the time that he wrote and this was way before 9-11. I have the tape somewhere if you would like info on it. I grew up watching Paul on the Papa Red McCaffrey show out of Hattiesburg, Ms. Jimmy Swan also had a show at that time.
