Here's a great Kenny Rankin rendition I found in a flash page. If it doesn't cry out for a C6 PSG arrangement, nothing does.

Haven't had a lot of time this week, but I'm gonna try to come up with one.

That is nice, Eric. Back in the early 70's a buddy of mine used to work up Kenny's material. As I recall, in those days, Kenny's recordings were mostly just him singing and playing acoustic guitar. Real nice chord work. Pardon Me Haven't We Met, Catfish, Why Do Fools Fall In Love, ...

I didn't know he was still recording.
