![]() This past Saturday was an unexpected treat, due to the fact that I got to pick with singer/bassist, Bill Jordan from Cameron, Missouri. I do not know how many of you have heard Bill play or sing, but he is an amazing talent. The first time I ever heard Bill perform was at Crockie’s Lounge near Branson, the entire band there was good, but Bill was the one I ranted about when I got back home. I believe he is doing quite a bit of free lance playing now, so if anyone is in need of a bassist, you should seriously consider giving Bill a call. |

![]() Kenny your right, Bill is a great singer. What a powerfull voice. I have played with Bill many times, first time I played with Bill was at Crockie's back in '92 and started playin' 4 nites a week with him and Walt there at Crockies. Haven't seen Bill in awhile hope he's doin' good. |

![]() Kenny, I was lucky enough to work with Bill and the rest of the guy's, about 8 or 9yrs ago at Crockies! I was the keyboard player and I had a great time then. I'm legally blind and used crutches to get around and my wheelchair sat right behind my keys! It must have looked awful funny when it came to break-time, I could see the lights of the bar so I would lead Bill and myself to the bathroom! I miss Bill and Crockies, it was a great place and the guy's in the band were all great pickers! Thanks for bringing back some great memories of Branson! Denny |

![]() Bill Jordan. One fine country singer. Try to stump him on any old shuffle or tear jerker song. It will be hard to do. The man knows his history, his songs, and his bass. He is a super nice guy and a great talent. Here's wishing him all the best. Michael in the Ozarks |
