Scheduled for realese May 2002. For those of you who like the Lexicon MPX100 but are not satisfied with the delay when you finally worked out the reveb, the TC electronic M300 may be the way to go.

This unit has a total independed reverb and delay section and looks like it`s easy operated. Here`s a link http://www.tcelectronic.com/

The M300 will be a low priced unit with 24bit A/D-D/A. A Boss RV-3 has 16bit!

Let me add that Paul Franklin uses a TC 2290 as a delay and main effect controller in his studio rack.

I`m in the prosess of trying out a TC G-major which is more expensive but the M300 will be tried out once I can get a hold on one.

Anyone out there that uses TC?

Thanks,
Dag

I love TC equipment. I have a G-Force in the small rack and an M-5000 with 4 engines in the main rack and I use the Gold Channel, as a pre with converters, to get in and out of it.

I tried out an M3000 on steel a few weeks ago and it was very nice.A little out of my budget right now, but I did find an M2000 on Harmony Central should be pretty close. I'm using a T.C.1128 EQ for my steel preamp right now. I bought it used about 8 years ago at a great price and had it in my recording "stuff". I'm getting some great sounds out of it and am getting closer to getting a good matchbro patch out of it too. 2290's are great too. It's cool that you can add modulation(chorus) to the delay and not have the delay warbling all over the place.Plus the 2290 does tremolo and I've gotten pretty good Magnatone and Boss CE-1 simulations out of it.
I just saw a picture for the new M300 in a catalogue. They had it priced for $249, probably MAP pricing, probably going to be pretty amazing. TC is good, yes?

It looks like Lex may be phasing out the MPX-100. I see they have come out with the MPX-110. The price on the 100 is down below $200 in the catalogs.

I like the 100 very much; but, I can't find a decent Reverb/Delay combination. If the price keeps going down, it may be time to simply add another one to the rack.

I just bought a Lexicon MPX 200 over e-bay. I am anxious to try it out. I see that Lexicon came out with the MPX 110 but I bought a new 200 for less than I'd have to pay for the 110. The 200 has compressor for all effects and a tap in delay feature.
