I've used these tuners for years and have never been able to calibrate them.Never really needed to except for some acoustic pianos. It has a knob for calibrating. I have 3, and none of mine will calibrate. I bought a TU-15. It's no problem to calibrate. But the needles not steady. So it stays at the house. Thanks bb

Bobby, what "knob" are you talking about? I have a TU-12H and there's no "knob". I looked at the TU-12 on the Boss site and it looks like the controls are the same.

Push the "Pitch" button then press the "Down" or "Up" button to change pitch from 440 to 441, etc.

Oh, Unless there is something inside to adjust for the meter you are out of luck. And, if you adjust something inside it could throw the entire calibration off, unless you have a "standard" reference to calibrate it with.
