hi; anyone using the boss CE-5 stereo chorus
with two amps
i need some good settings to start out, and if anyone knows what the cut/filter knob does and a good starting point for that. this is my first time to try the stomp box before this i used a profexII

Gary, I set all 3 of the first knobs (E-level, rate, depth) to about 11 o'clock and turn the low frequency cut (the outer portion of the fourth know) all the way down and the high frequency cut (inner portion) knob all the way up. Seems to produce a more subtle chorus effect that only affects the higher frequencies. The little manual that comes with these shows a series of settings, including the one I note above. It may be available in PDF form from the BOSS web site. If not I can probably make a copy of it and mail it to you.
