I can't get anyone to answer the phone over at the Emmons Factory...Are they still open for business?

Lindley,
Was you able to get through to anyone at Emmons? Not trying to stir up anymore bad input, we've already heard that, but would like to know if the factory is up and running.

To Bob Carlson and any other interested persons: Since the change in ownership, I have ordered parts. I was dealt with courteously and promptly.

They are up and running! I've talked to Ron and Rebecca a couple of time and they're just really busy. If you don't get an answer or a machine, keep trying, you'll get thru.

I have spoken with Ron recently to order some parts and was dealt with in a very courteous and knowledgable way and the parts were shipped in a timely manner. A+
